Distance

Sound Poetry Installation, Five stereos, chairs, Recite a poem together

I love you

I very love you

I love you desperately

I hate you

I hate you so much

I hate you desperately

I am in great pain

I'm in so much pain

I'm dying in pain

I am really happy

I am very very happy

I'm happy to die

I am so sad

I am very sad

I'm sad to death

I hate you

I hate you so much

I hate you desperately

I am really scared

I'm so scared

I'm scared to death

I am angry

I am very angry

I'm so angry

I want to be close to you

I want to be close to you

You can not

I can not

we can't

Use different synthetic voices "man, woman, boy, girl, robot, old ETC"
They read the poem rhythmically and constantly from five Stereos
(The occurrence of the verses is random, except for the ending)

Until it becomes a chorus

The distance is made up of three set off
1. Artificial sound is mechanical and emotionless, but poetry is full of emotions.
2. the voices speak only to each other and no communication is created.
3. The distance between the artificial voices and the audience sitting on the chairs.
